We consistently exceed the expectations of our customers as well as the use of the most modern technology in our manufacturing  facilities. Today, our four locations on three continents continue to produce wire cloth and filter elements at the highest industry standards. Our philosophy is to continuously improve our service and quality, invest in our future and provide value to our customers. What We Do:

We produce wire cloth, discs and screens, and filter elements to serve the needs of various industries including: recycling, plastics, rubber, hydraulics, fiber, chemical, paper, petrochemical, energy, automobile, mining, oil, and gas. The applications for our products are virtually unlimited because of our custom manufacturing capabilities.

Rolf Koerner manufactures wire cloth and developed its wire mesh line to exceed all requirements for its filtration processes worldwide. We pride ourselves on being a customer focused company. Our in-house development, engineering, and manufacturing facilities, our own tools, and die shop, along with our skilled workforce allow us to be extremely responsive. Our facilities are capable of: cutting, plasma cutting, stamping, edging, ultrasonic cleaning, spot welding, TIG, plasma welding, seam rolling, soldering, pleating and gluing. From one-off originals to wide scale production, we are able to complete it all onsite. 

We produce and warehouse a wide range of wire cloth, allowing us to promptly fill requests for both small and large quantities. Mesh range in size from 3 microns to 10mm and originate in our own weaving mills in almost any weave configuration. 

Filter discs, custom basket filters, screen cylinders, and filter elements all can be manufactured to client specifications.
